If some or all of the NFTs in your wallet(s) aren’t appearing on your civic.me profile, we suggest that you do the following:
- Check that the wallet address(es) that you’ve connected or that you are viewing is one that contains NFTs.
- Please be patient. Sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes for all of your NFTs to load depending on how many you may have in your wallet(s).
- Make sure that you’ve synced your changes and then logout of your profile then log in again.
- Make sure that you’ve synced your changes and then refresh the page.
- Make sure that you’ve synced your changes and then close your browser or app, re-open it, go to civic.me and connect your wallet again.
- Make sure that you’ve synced try a different browser or use your mobile device.
