Your Civic Uniqueness Verification can only be connected to one wallet per blockchain at a time. If you try to complete uniqueness verification using a second wallet address on the same blockchain, you will receive a Uniqueness verification found error. For example, if you have a Civic Uniqueness Pass issued to one Solana wallet and one Ethereum wallet, then you try to have a Civic Uniqueness Pass issued to a different Solana wallet, then you will encounter the Uniqueness verification found error.
To resolve this issue, you can “Revoke your existing Uniqueness Verification” associated with the specific wallet on the specific blockchain. All data associated with your uniqueness verification will be removed within 7 days of receiving your request. The date on which the deletion will take place will be displayed on the screen. You will only be able to complete uniqueness verification once the deletion has been finalized.
