Your Civic Uniqueness Verification can only be connected to one wallet per blockchain at a time. If you try to complete uniqueness verification using a second wallet address on the same blockchain, you will receive a Duplicate found error.
1. If the wallet address on screen is you and you still have access to it: disconnect your current wallet and connect the wallet indicated on screen to use your Civic Uniqueness Pass.
2. If the wallet address on screen is yours, but you no longer have access to it: Select “Revoke your existing Uniqueness Verification” to begin the process of revoking the Civic Uniqueness Pass that's flagged as a duplicate. This will remove the existing uniqueness verification within 7 days of receiving your request.
3. If the wallet address on screen is yours, but you didn't complete the process of uniqueness verification: please open a support ticket and let us know you're experiencing a Scenario A error and provide us with the Duplicate Found wallet address and the wallet address you're using to try to get a Civic Uniqueness Pass so we can look into this for you.
4. If the wallet on screen is not yours and this is the first time you're trying to get a Civic Pass: try the tips in this article a few times. If you still have difficulty passing verification, please open a support ticket and let us know you're experiencing a Scenario B error and provide us with the Duplicate Found wallet address and the wallet address you're using to try get a Civic Uniqueness Pass so we can look into this for you.
