Civic Passes are non-transferable. If you used the wrong wallet address to get a Civic CAPTCHA Pass, Civic Liveness Pass or Civic ID Verification Pass, connect the correct wallet address and get your Civic Passes issued.
Civic Uniqueness Passes can only be connected to one wallet at a time. If you used the wrong wallet address to get a Civic Uniqueness Pass, you’ll need to first burn the existing uniqueness verification on that blockchain.
- If you wish to burn your uniqueness verification and have a Civic Uniqueness Pass issued to a different wallet address, go to https://revoke.civic.com/uniqueness.
- Complete a video selfie.
- Select the wallet address from which you’d like your uniqueness verification burned and confirm on the“Are you sure” screen that you wish to proceed with the burning of your uniqueness verification.
All data associated with your uniqueness verification will be removed within 7 days of receiving your request. The date on which the deletion will take place will be displayed on the screen.
Once your data has been deleted, go to the dApp you wish to connect with, select Uniqueness Verification from the drop-down list, connect your desired wallet and complete uniqueness verification again.
