The Civic Pass that you obtain after completing uniqueness verification is non-transferrable and can only be connected to one wallet.
If you choose to have a uniqueness verification Civic Pass issued to a different wallet address, initiate the revocation process by connecting a wallet that does not contain a uniqueness verification Civic Pass on https://unique.civic.com/. Follow the steps until you receive a “Duplicate Found” error message then click on “Revoke the duplicate Uniqueness Pass”. All data associated with your uniqueness verification Civic Pass will be removed in 7 days of receiving your request. The date on which the deletion will take place will be displayed on the screen.
Once your data has been deleted, you may return to https://unique.civic.com/ and connect the desired wallet and complete uniqueness verification. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to use the previous wallet address to obtain a Uniqueness Civic Pass once you have successfully revoked the Uniqueness Civic Pass.
