The Civic Uniqueness Pass is non-transferrable and can only be connected to one wallet.
If you elect to associate a different wallet with your uniqueness verification, then you may revoke your uniqueness verification. You must wait 7 days before creating a new uniqueness verification by taking a new video selfie and associating a different wallet.
To initiate the revoke process, please connect a wallet that does not contain a Uniqueness Pass on https://unique.civic.com/. Begin the verification process until you receive a Duplicate Found error message then click on “Revoke the duplicate Uniqueness Pass”. All data associated with your uniqueness verification will be removed in 7 days of receiving your request. The date on which the deletion will take place will be displayed on the screen.
Once your data has been deleted, you may return to https://unique.civic.com/ and connect the desired wallet and complete uniqueness verification.
