Each NFT collection has a limited number of NFTs that users can mint. As such, you may have been unable to participate in a mint due to the NFTs having all been minted already.
If the project still has NFTs available, but you’re having difficulty minting, it may be a result of a latency issue on the blockchain on which you’re trying to mint the NFT.
If there are still NFTs available to mint and there is no latency on the network but you are still experiencing issues with minting, please contact our support team and include your wallet address at support@civic.com.
