A Civic Ignite Pass remains active for 10 minutes per mint to limit the options of malicious botters verifying multiple wallets. If you try to use an inactive pass, it will automatically prompt you to refresh it.
If that is not the issue and your token expired in less than 10 minutes, please contact our support team and provide us with the following information:
- Your wallet address
- Any error messages that you may be seeing
- The country you’re currently in
- A screen recording and/or screenshots of what you are seeing on your end
