If you have lost the desktop or mobile device that you used to access your Civic Pass, you can access it on a different device.
If you were using Sollet, you can recover it on a desktop web browser as well as on iOS and Android web browser apps. If you were using a Phantom wallet, you can recover it on a desktop and on the iOS and Android Phantom apps. If you were using Slope, you can recover you wallet address on your desktop.
When you launch your wallet provider extension, site or app, you will have the option to either create a new wallet or to recover a previous wallet. Choose the option to recover an existing wallet. Enter the 12 or 24 word mnemonic phrase associated with the specific wallet that you wish to regain access to. This is especially important if you are trying to access funds or NFTs that may be in your wallet.
