If you've lost the desktop or mobile device that you used to access your Civic Pass, you can access it on a different device.
If you were using a Sollet wallet, you can recover your wallet on your desktop browser as well as your mobile browser. If you are trying to access your Phantom wallet, you use your desktop browser or the iOS Phantom app. If you are using Solflare or Slope, you will need to access your wallet using your desktop browser.
When you launch your wallet provider extension, access their web page or use the Phantom app, you will have the option to either create a new wallet or to recover a previous wallet. Choose the option to recover an existing wallet. Enter the 12 or 24 word mnemonic phrase associated with the specific wallet that you wish to regain access to. This is especially important if you are trying to access funds or NFTs that may be in your wallet.
