When you launch your wallet provider extension, site, or app, you will have the option to either create a new wallet or recover a previous wallet. Choose the option to recover an existing wallet. Enter the 12 or 24-word mnemonic phrase associated with the specific wallet that you wish to regain access to. This is especially important if you are trying to access funds or NFTs that may be in your wallet.
If you do not have access to your 12 or 24-word mnemonic phrase, you will not be able to recover the wallet and its contents.
