If you have lost the desktop or mobile device that you used to access your Civic Pass, you can access it on a different device.
If you were using a mobile device, you can use another mobile device and download the wallet provider app that you previously used. If you don't have another mobile device, you can use your desktop and install your previous wallet provider app's web extension to your web browser.
If you were using a desktop, you can use another desktop and install your previous wallet provider's web extension to your web browser. If you don't have another desktop, you can use a mobile device and download your wallet provider's app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
When you launch your wallet provider extension, or app, you will have the option to either create a new wallet or recover a previous wallet. Choose the option to recover an existing wallet. Enter the 12 or 24-word mnemonic phrase associated with the specific wallet that you wish to regain access to. This is especially important if you are trying to access funds or NFTs that may be in your wallet.
If you do not have access to your 12 or 24-word mnemonic phrase, you will not be able to recover the wallet and its contents.
