If you are accessing your wallet using a web extension on your desktop browser and you have not cleared your cache:
- Open your web browser and open your wallet from your extensions. Enter your password if you have one.
- Your wallet will open. You can find your wallet address in the wallet provider window. Parts of the wallet address may be redacted.
- Click on your wallet address to copy it or click on the 'copy to clipboard' sign to copy it and access it from there.
If you are accessing your wallet via your wallet provider's web page on your desktop and have not cleared the cache on your device; or if you are accessing your Sollet wallet on mobile web browser and have not cleared your cache:
- When you open the wallet provider page, your wallet address should appear on screen. Parts of the wallet address may be redacted.
- Click on your wallet address to copy it or click on the 'copy to clipboard' sign to copy it and access it from there.
If you are accessing your wallet but you cleared your cache, you will have to recover your wallet using the 12 or 24 word mnemonic device that is associated with your wallet address. If you have multiple wallets, make sure that you copy the correct wallet address and associated mneumonic device.
