It can take up to 10 minutes to receive your verification code. If it’s been longer than that:
- Whitelist no-reply@civic.com
- Confirm that you have entered the correct email address
- Check spam/junk folders
- Resend the verification code to your email
- Try using a different email address
- Close the browser or refresh the window and try again
