While usually instantaneous, it can sometime take a few minutes to be issued your Ignite Pass.
If your wallet provider page is open in another tab or window, do not close that tab/window. It must remain open, otherwise it will disconnect your wallet from Get Pass and you will have to begin the process again.
If you do find yourself stuck in a pending state for a couple of hours, try refreshing the Get Pass page. You will be redirected to the landing page where you can “Connect [your] Wallet”. You will be redirected to your wallet provider page to approve the connection.
Success! Your status should automatically update to “Active”.
You can also try closing your browser and trying again. If that doesn’t work:
- Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox
- Clearing the cache from the browser(s) you’ve used, force quit and try again.
