If you already have a Civic Pass, it will be revoked if it is detected that you are accessing it from a banned country or infringing on Civic Pass Terms of Service. It may also be revoked by the dApp or DEX to which you were connected if you no longer meet their criteria. When your Civic Pass is revoked, this action is not reversible and you will not be able to have another Civic Pass issued to that wallet address.
Banned countries include:
- Belarus
- Cuba
- Iran
- North Korea
- Russia
- Sudan
- South Sudan
- Syria
- Crimea region of Ukraine
If you believe your Civic Pass was revoked in error, please submit a request including your wallet address and our team will investigate.
You can also choose to revoke your Civic Uniqueness Pass. If you have chosen to revoke your uniqueness verification, you will not be able to have another issued to that same wallet address. You are welcome to have a Civic Uniqueness Pass issued to a different wallet address.
