Your Civic Pass can be revoked for one of the following reasons:
1. Your Civic Pass will be revoked if you try to use your Civic Pass in an unsupported region or using a VPN, firewall or proxy setting that appears to be in an unsupported region. This is a violation of our Civic Pass Terms of Service.
The regions we currently don't support are:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea/Sevastopol, Donetsk People's Republic, and the Luhansk People's Republic.
2. Your Civic Pass may also be revoked by the dApp or DEX to which you were connected if you no longer meet their specific criteria.
When a Civic Pass is revoked, this action is not reversible and you can't get the same Civic Pass type issued to that same wallet.
You can get a new Civic Pass issued to a new wallet provided that you meet the requirements indicated in the Self-Declaration when going through the process of getting your Civic Pass.
