When tapping the scan button in Civic Wallet it loads the camera to scan a QR code.
Aiming the camera at the QR code automatically begins the scan. If that does not happen:
- Ensure the camera on your mobile device is clean
- Reduce all sources of glare on the screen displaying the QR code
- Zoom the QR code to enlarge it then try scanning again
