If your phone has been lost or stolen, re-verify on your new device using the same email address and phone number used for your previous Civic Wallet.
This will send your account into review where our team will review your verification records and compare them with your original verification. Once we confirm that it is you, we will unlock your account.
Note: Please change your iOS or Google cloud password immediately to protect your Civic Wallet backup.
