Setting up Civic Wallet requires verifying your email address and phone number. If you do not receive your verification codes, try the following:
Email:
- Whitelist no-reply@civic.com
- Confirm that you have entered the correct email address
- Check spam/junk folders
Phone:
- Confirm that you've chosen the correct country in the drop-down
- Confirm that you've entered the correct phone number
- Ensure that you are not using a VOIP number
- Check with your carrier for any restrictions on the SMS types you can receive
