Please make sure that you have internet connectivity. If you are using wifi, please make sure that there are no VPN or firewalls blocking communications. If you are unsure, please disable your wifi, and use your mobile network. Please ensure that you have a strong signal.
If the issue persists, please submit a Support ticket and include the following:
- Mobile device
- Operating System
- App Version
- Screenshot of the error from your mobile device
