Civic Passes aren't transferable, so the ones issued to your compromised wallet can't be moved.
Civic CAPTCHA Pass and Civic Liveness Pass
Your Civic CAPTCHA Pass and Civic Liveness Pass expire after 30 days. You don't need to take any action for these Civic Pass types. You're welcome to get new Civic CAPTCHA and Liveness Passes issued to a new wallet immediately.
Civic Uniqueness Pass
Your Civic Uniqueness Pass expires after 90 days, however, you can revoke your existing Civic Uniqueness Pass from your compromised wallet.
- Go to https://revoke.civic.com, complete the video selfie and select records you'd like to revoke.
Important things to remember when revoking a Civic Uniqueness Pass:
- Once you confirm the revocation, your uniqueness verification will be revoked immediately and can’t be used.
- All associated data will be revoked in 7 days. During this period, you won't be able to use your revoked Civic Uniqueness Pass and you won't be able to get a new one issued.
- Once the process to revoke your Civic Pass has begun, it cannot be altered or halted in any way.
- After the 7-day cool-down period, you'll be able to get a new Civic Uniqueness Pass to the same wallet or a different one if you'd like.
- Each user is allowed only one Civic Uniqueness Pass associated with one EVM wallet and one Solana wallet.
Civic ID Verification Pass
Civic ID Verification Pass expires after one-year after issuance or upon the expiry of your identity document, whichever date comes sooner. You can get a new Civic ID Verification Pass issued immediately. If you have a Civic ID Verification Pass in your compromised wallet, please do the following:
- Contact us via a ticket and provide us with a new wallet address that contains a recently issued Civic Liveness Pass in it. We'll use the encrypted 3D facemap to locate your Civic ID Verification Pass and revoke it so it can't be used.
