If you're seeing this error it means that you're in one of the following regions which we currently don't support:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and the following regions of Ukraine: Crimea/Sevastopol, Donetsk People's Republic, and the Luhansk People's Republic.
Please note that you won't be able to get a Civic Pass if you're in one of these regions.
If you're not in an unsupported country, the issue is with your IP. Please try the following troubleshooting methods to get onto a different IP and get your Civic Pass:
1. Try a different wi-fi connection
2. Try using your mobile data
