If you're seeing this error message, it's because an issue has been detected with your IP address,
To solve this error, try the following:
1. Try a different wi-fi connection
2. Try using your mobile data by going through the process of getting your Civic Pass on your phone and/or using it to hotspot your PC
You're the only one that can control your IP. You may have to try a number of different wi-fi and mobile data connections before you find one that is consistent so please keep trying until you find one that works for you.
