If you're seeing this error it means that you're in Bangladesh or China. We currently don't support these regions. You won't be able to get a Civic Pass if you're in one of these regions.
If you're not in one of these unsupported regions, the issue is with your IP. Please try the following troubleshooting methods to get onto a different IP and get your Civic Pass:
1. Try a different wi-fi connection
2. Try using your mobile data
