If you're seeing a session expired error, it means:
1. You exceeded the time limit to scan the QR code or access the video selfie link, or
2. You exceeded the time limit between completing your video selfie and paying the fees
To resolve this, please try again and make sure not to delay at any point of the process so you can get your Civic Pass issued.
