Before you begin the process of getting your Civic Pass issued using your mobile device, please take note of the following:
- Whether you're using an existing wallet or a newly created one to get a Civic Pass issued, please ensure that the wallet has sufficient funds in it to cover the cost of issuing the token and the network fee before beginning the process of getting your Civic Pass.
- If you use a VPN or your IP seems to be from an unsupported country, you won't be able to get a Civic Pass issued: Bangladesh, Cuba, Iran, Syria, China, Russia, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, and Belarus.
iOS:
SOLANA
You can get a Civic Pass issued to your Solana wallet on your iOS mobile device by downloading the Phantom app. Use the browser within Phantom to go to the dApp website or https://getpass.civic.com and follow the instructions on screen to complete the process of getting your Civic Pass.
EVM
To get a Civic Pass issued to one of your EVM wallets, download the Metamask app. Use the browser within Metamask to go to the dApp website or https://getpass.civic.com and follow the instructions on screen to complete the process of getting your Civic Pass.
You can also use your Chrome or Safari web browser and go to https://getpass.civic.com and use the 'WalletConnect' option to connect to your desired EVM wallet provider. You'll need to have your preferred wallet provider's app installed on your phone. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the process of getting your Civic Pass.
Android:
SOLANA
You can get a Civic Pass issued to your Solana wallet on your Android mobile device by using Google Chrome browser and using a Solflare wallet. Select the ‘web wallet’ option on screen and either use your recovery key to use one of your existing Solflare wallet addresses or create a new wallet and save the recovery key somewhere safe. Thereafter, go back to the dApp web page and connect your Solflare wallet.
EVM
You can get a Civic Pass issued to one of your EVM wallets using the Google Chrome browser. Go to Google Chrome browser and go to the website of the dApp or https://getpass.civic.com. Select the 'Connect' button, then the ‘Wallet Connect’ option then your preferred EVM wallet provider. You'll need to have your preferred wallet provider's app installed on your phone. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the process of getting your Civic Pass.
