If you are stuck on the confirmation screen or seeing "Transaction not confirmed,” the blockchain may be experiencing high volume and/or temporarily degraded service.
The steps below are for Metamask wallet users, however, your selected wallet provider platform should have similar solutions:
- Check for pending transactions in the Activity tab of your wallet.
- Speed up your transaction. See instructions here.
- Cancel your transaction and try again.
If, after using the tips above, you still can't get a Civic Pass issued, then when you get to the transaction confirmation screens, please copy the transaction ID and send it to us via a support ticket so we can look into this for you.
