If you still have access to the Civic app and the crypto accounts therein, please secure your account using the steps in this article. You can review your transaction history and details carefully for any unauthorized transactions. Transaction details are available when you tap on the transaction within the history view in the app.
Please note that due to the nature of blockchain technology, once cryptocurrency has been sent out of a Civic Wallet, the transaction cannot be canceled or reversed. Civic does not have the ability to intercept or amend transactions as we do not control wallets that are in or out of our network. Civic is not liable and does not refund these transactions.
