There are various types of Civic Passes, some of which can only be issued to ONE wallet at a time. If you encounter a “Uniqueness verification found” error, please connect the wallet address indicated on screen in the error message before proceeding.

If you have lost access to that wallet address (i.e. you cannot recover it with your seed phrase), please contact our Support team and provide us with:
- The full wallet address that’s indicated on the screen, and;
- A screen recording or screenshots of the issue(s) and error message(s) you’re seeing
